A graduate of Keio University’s Faculty of Policy Management, Miki pursued advanced studies in Finance and Business Administration at UC Berkeley.
She began her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she honed her strategic expertise.
Subsequently, Miki relocated to New York and founded five companies across Japan and the United States, assuming leadership roles as CEO.
Her business acumen led to her appointment as an advisor to a publicly listed real estate company.

Currently, she serves as the Representative Director of Chikuzan Corporation, driving innovation and growth in the real estate sector.

Director: Takaya Mitani

A graduate of Keio University’s Faculty of Policy Management, Takaya began his career at Tokyo Mitsubishi Bank (now MUFG Bank), where he gained recognition as a specialist in asset protection for high-net-worth individuals—an increasingly rare expertise in Japan.
He went on to further his career at CITIBANK N.A. (now Citibank Japan) and Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., establishing himself as a leader in the financial sector.
After transitioning from banking, Takaya utilized his deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and expansive global financial network, including ties with prominent private banking families, to become a highly sought-after expert in wealth preservation and inheritance planning for affluent clientele.
With over two decades of experience, he has supported some of Japan's most distinguished high-net-worth individuals in safeguarding their wealth and developing strategic succession plans.

Currently, he serves as a Director at Chikuzan Corporation.

Sales Director: Ren Sato

A graduate of the National Defense Academy’s Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ren served for four years as an officer in the Japan Air Self-Defense Force, under the Ministry of Defense.
After his military service, he transitioned into the real estate industry, quickly distinguishing himself as a top sales performer at a publicly listed company. His exceptional results led to his promotion as General Manager of the Acquisition Division.
Ren later founded Blue Oak Corporation, a real estate firm specializing in high-end urban property transactions.

He currently serves as the Sales Director at Chikuzan Corporation, driving the company’s strategic initiatives and growth in the real estate sector.

Development Director: Kazuhisa Komaki

A licensed First-Class Architect, Kazuhisa graduated from Meiji University’s School of Engineering, Department of Architecture.
He began his career at Kowa Real Estate, where he gained expertise in property brokerage and consulting through roles in the Housing Sales and Real Estate Distribution Departments.
Kazuhisa then joined The Industrial Bank of Japan, specializing in distressed property sales, bulk receivable sales, and property appraisal.
He later joined Yasuda Real Estate, where he led office building development, consulting, property acquisitions, and new business initiatives.
Kazuhisa also founded King Asset Corporation, where he served as the Representative Director.
Kazuhisa holds an extensive array of professional certifications, including First-Class Architect, First-Class Building Construction Management Engineer, CASBEE Building Evaluator/CASBEE Real Estate Evaluator, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Meister, and Real Estate Consulting Master.

He currently serves as the Development Director at Chikuzan Corporation, where he oversees the company’s development strategies and operations.
